Eli Merete Melheim (born October 27, 1974 ) is a former Norwegian biathlete .

Eli Melheim was part of Norway's national squad in the mid-1990s and was used in the biathlon world cup , but missed placements in the world cup points. At the national championships in 1995 in Fet , the Norwegian won the individual silver medal behind Gunn Margit Andreassen and was bronze for the Sogn og Fjordane region . Two years later she won the bronze medal in the sprint behind Liv Grete Skjelbreid and Ann-Elen Skjelbreid as well as in the relay race. In 1998 and 1999 she won the season silver again.
