Gunn Margit Andreassen (born July 23, 1973 in Kristiansand ) is a former Norwegian biathlete .

Gunn Margit Andreassen won bronze at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano and silver in the relay in Salt Lake City in 2002 .

At biathlon world championships she won three gold medals with Norwegian relays and teams. She won her first and only individual medal with the bronze medal in the individual race at the 2003 World Biathlon Championships in Khanty-Mansiysk .

Gunn Margit Andreassen never achieved a World Cup victory, her best placings were two second and three third places.

In December 2004 she and her partner Frode Andresen had a son. The second son was born in August 2008.
