Eliana Menassé

Eliana Menassé (* 1930 in New York City ) is a Mexican painter .

Eliana Menassé was born in New York City , but has lived in Mexico since she was two years old and considers herself a Mexican. She has lived in Mexico City since 2015 .

In 1958 Menassé turned actively to art, in the same year she opened her first solo exhibition; over 20 more followed. In total, she has participated with her works in more than 250 group exhibitions in museums and galleries in Mexico as well as in several cities in the United States, the Netherlands, Germany and Japan.

Menassé is a member of the Salón de la Plástica Mexicana .
