Elif Aşkın (born April 25, 1988 ) is a Turkish biathlete .
Elif Aşkın belongs to the first group of Turkish biathletes who have been competing internationally since the end of the first decade of the 2000s. She contested her first international races in 2009 as part of the IBU Cup . There she ran her first race, a single, in Ridnaun and reached 71st place. In Nové Město na Moravě she achieved her best result in the racing series with rank 55. Together with Şadi Yusufoğlu , who started with the men, she took part in the 2010 European Biathlon Championships in Otepää as the first Turks to compete in a major biathlon event . In all her races she finished last, in the individual place 55, in the sprint place 51 and in the pursuit race Aşkın came in 46th place.
