Elizabeth (Lizzie) Orchard (born November 26, 1985 ) is a New Zealand triathlete who is mainly active in cross triathlon.

Career

Elizabeth Orchard graduated from Massey University .

In April 2016 she won the Xterra Asia-Pacific Championships.
The 32-year-old finished third at the Xterra Cross Triathlon European Championship in Denmark in September 2017. She finished seventh at the Xterra World Championship on Maui in October .

Lizzie Orchard lives in Auckland with her partner .
