Elliot Knight
Elliot Knight (born July 10, 1990 ) is a British actor best known for his role as Sindbad in the British television series Sindbad .
life and career
Knight was born in Birmingham , United Kingdom . His parents, Stuart and Lorna Knight, are both teachers. His father works at Broadway Secondary School in Perry Barr, Birmingham.
Elliot Knight was a student at the King Edward VI Aston School before studying at the Manchester Metropolitan School of Theater , where he also graduated with a bachelor's degree in 2011.
In June 2011, British broadcaster Sky1 announced that Knight had won the lead role in the television drama Sindbad , which is his first professional role even before he graduated from the Manchester Metropolitan School of Theater . The series premiered in July 2012.
In 2013, Knight starred in the BBC's crime drama By Any Means . Elliot also starred in the 2015 TV series Once Upon a Time, as Merlin.
