The Ellyard nunatak is a nunatak in Mac Robertson Land, East Antarctica . In the Prince Charles Mountains, it rises 11 km south-southeast of Mount Béchervaise on the northern flank of the Scylla Glacier .
Aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1965 were used for mapping purposes. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after David G. Ellyard, a physicist at Mawson Station in 1966.
