Elman Tagaýew (born June 2, 1989 in Ashgabat ) is a Turkmen football player of Azerbaijani origin. He comes from an Azerbaijani family who lived in Ashgabat. In 2010 he represented Turkmenistan's selection at the Asian Games in Guangzhou . In 2014 he married Arina, who gave birth to twins Alan and Ali.
