Elna Henrikson was a Swedish figure skater who started in pair skating .

Henrikson ran alongside Kaj af Ekström . In 1921 they became Swedish champions together. They succeeded again in 1923 and 1924. In 1922 they were runner-up. Elna Henrikson took part in two world championships with Ekström. In 1923 in Kristiania , the couple won the bronze medal behind Ludowika Jakobsson and Walter Jakobsson , who started for Finland, and the Norwegians Alexia Bryn and Yngvar Bryn . At the World Cup in Manchester in 1924 , Henrikson and Ekström won bronze again, this time behind the Austrians Helene Engelmann and Alfred Berger and the British Ethel Muckelt and John Page .
