Page took part in the Olympic Games in 1924 and 1928 both as a single runner and as a pair runner together with Ethel Muckelt . In pair skating, he was fourth and seventh there, and fifth and ninth as a single runner. At the World Championships in 1924 he was runner-up with Muckelt behind the Austrians Helene Engelmann and Alfred Berger . In the individual, he just missed the podium in fourth at this world championship. At the World Cup in Berlin in 1926 , Page won his only individual medal with bronze behind the Austrians Willy Böckl and Otto Preissecker . In a total of five individual appearances at world championships, he never placed worse than fifth, three times he was fourth. With eleven wins at the British Championships, he still holds the national record.
