Elvyra Janina Kunevičienė
Elvyra Janina Kunevičienė (born December 9, 1939 in Kazokuose , Panevėžys Rajongemeinde ) is a Lithuanian politician, member of the Seimas , Minister of Finance of Lithuania .
Life
In 1948 she and her parents were expelled to Siberia . In 1956 she graduated from the Kitschibash School and in 1963 Krasnoyarsk Financial Technology Institute and in 1967 Leningrad Financial Institute . In 1975 she received her doctorate from the Vilniaus universitetas and taught from 1975 to 1991 at the Institute for Further Education of Specialists in Soviet Lithuania . From 1991 to 1992 she was Minister of Finance, from 1992 to 1996 and from 1996 to 2000 a member of the Seimas .
