Elwira Ramilewna Chasjanowa ( Russian Эльвира Рамильевна Хасянова ; born May 28, 1981 in Moscow , alternatively also Elvira Khassianova transcribed) is a Russian synchronized swimmer and multiple European champion, world champion and Olympic champion in the synchronized free swimming team.

Chasjanowa won gold medals at the European Swimming Championships in 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2010 as well as at the 2001, 2003, 2005 and 2007 World Championships in synchronized team swimming in the free freestyle discipline. Finally, she won two gold medals at the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympics in team synchronized swimming in the free freestyle discipline.
