Body knowledge

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Body knowledge and embodied knowledge (Engl. Embodied Knowledge ) described a form of tacit knowledge that is incorporated into human and technical bodies. Embodied knowledge is present in the unconscious part of the human mind and influences the behavior of the human body.

Embodied knowledge also relates to the knowledge contained in machines or other products (the knowledge that was required for production).

It is knowledge that is tied to a body.
