Emeka Ifejiagwa (born October 30, 1977 in Aba ) is a former Nigerian football player .

Career

Ifejiagwa played in Nigeria in the youth team of FC Enyimba and Iwuanyanwu NFC Owerri . He moved to Europe and took the plunge to Brighton & Hove Albion , and later to Charlton Athletic . From there he moved to CA Osasuna in Spain in 1999 , and after half a year in Spain, the German Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg noticed him and hired Ifejiagwa during the winter break. He could not prevail with the Wolves, so after eight appearances in the Bundesliga he was awarded to SV Waldhof Mannheim , where he played in 28 games in the 2nd Bundesliga . After a year he returned to Wolfsburg, but only played in the amateur team. He then moved to his home country, where he ended his career at Bendel Insurance .
