Emil Buchta
Emil Buchta (born May 10, 1910 in Hof (Saale) ; † February 21, 1974 in Erlangen ) was Professor of Organic Chemistry at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg .
Emil Buchta submitted his dissertation here on December 19, 1935 (doctoral supervisor : Rudolf Pummerer ) on the subject of "On unsaturated diaryl lactones and their dissociation into green radicals ". His research areas were spirans .
