Emil Göttisheim

Emil Göttisheim (born June 16, 1863 in Basel ; † January 2, 1938 ibid), son of Christian Friedrich Göttisheim , was a Swiss lawyer and politician ( FDP ).

Göttisheim was active as a criminal judge from 1895 to 1907, from 1898 to 1914 as a Grand Councilor in Basel and, after the parliamentary elections from 1905 to 1919, as a National Councilor . He campaigned for women's suffrage and child protection .
