Emil Herzberg

Emil Herzberg (born August 24, 1820 , † October 26, 1881 ) was a German judge and parliamentarian.

Life

Herzberg studied law at the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin and became a member of the Corps Hanseatia Berlin. After graduating, he first became a public prosecutor in Ostrowo. He then went on to become a judge. He became district court director in Schneidemühl and then in Bromberg . He became vice-president of the court of appeal in Insterburg and was most recently president of the Königsberg regional court .

Herzberg sat from 1855 to 1858 as a member of the constituency of Posen 7 in the Prussian House of Representatives . He belonged to the Büchtemann faction .
