Emil Kayser

Emil Kayser (* 1854 ; † 1933 ) was a German administrative and ministerial official and local politician.

Life

Emil Kayser studied at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1875 he became a member of the Corps Vandalia Heidelberg . After completing his studies, he became an administrative officer and entered the administrative service of the realm of Alsace-Lorraine . From 1891 to 1896 he was district director of the Château-Salins district . From 1902 to 1908 he was mayor of Mulhouse . He was then an imperial ministerial advisor. Most recently, he lived in retirement in Freiburg im Breisgau .
