Emil Kiener
Emil Kiener (born April 14, 1900 in Schömberg ; † January 27, 1961 in Balingen ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).
Live and act
After attending primary school , Emil Kiener briefly took part in the First World War in 1918 . After the war he worked as a dyer. In 1922 he joined the NSDAP. In 1930 he was elected to the municipal council in Balingen, where he took over the leadership of the NS parliamentary group. From 1933 he was NS district leader of Balingen.
From 1931 to 1933 Kiener was a member of the Württemberg state parliament . He then sat from November 1933 to 1936 as a member of the National Socialist Reichstag for constituency 31 (Württemberg) . In 1936 Kiener was dismissed from his offices after a district court trial because of an illegitimate relationship and paternity and was declared unworthy of future Nazi party positions. In 1938 he found a job at the Stuttgart supply ring.
Kiener was granted honorary citizenship of the district town of Balingen on November 13, 1933 and was revoked again by resolution of the Balingen Advisory Board on June 14, 1946.
