Emil Lange
Emil Lange (* 1884 in Glogau , Lower Silesia ; † 1968 ) was a German architect .
Life
Between 1907 and 1909 Lange studied at the Breslau Academy of Arts and Crafts with Hans Poelzig . He was also his long-term employee and was hired in Poelzig's office even before his studies at the academy. From 1922 he was in-house counsel at the Weimar Bauhaus and from 1924 an independent architect in Breslau . He was a member of the Association of German Architects (BDA) and the German Werkbund .

- Collaboration with Hans Poelzig on the design of a prototype of a family house for the arts and crafts exhibition in Breslau, 1904
- Collaboration with Hans Poelzig on the design of the office building at Junkernstraße 38–40 (Ofiar Oświęcimskich) in Breslau, 1911
- Collaboration with Hans Poelzig on the design of the building complex for the Moritz Milch & Co. chemical factory in Luban (Polish: Luboń ) near Posen ( Poznań ), 1911–1912
- Participation in the exhibition Apartment and Workroom in Breslau (WUWA), for which he designed the model apartment building No. 9 at Uechtritzweg 4 (Tramwajowa) and the model single-family house No. 28 at Zimpeler Straße 9 (Dembowskiego).
