Emil Schüler (born November 29, 1811 in Rinteln , † September 26, 1881 ) was a German judge .

Life

After visiting the school in his hometown, studied students after his Abitur 1827 law . After the first state examination in 1831, he became a trainee lawyer at the Rinteln Supreme Court. In 1836 he became an official assessor. He came to the Hanau Higher Court in 1839 as an assessor. In 1842 he was appointed procurator at the Hanau Higher Court. In 1851 he was transferred to Kassel. In 1862 he was promoted to General State Procurator at the Higher Appeal Court in Kassel. From 1862 to July 1863 he was state parliament commissioner . In 1869 he came to the Upper Tribunal in Berlin as a senior public prosecutor . In 1879 he was appointed to the newly founded Imperial Court. He was in the III. Criminal Senate active. He died in office.
