Karl Friedrich Emil von Rohrscheidt (born April 11, 1809 in Reichenbach , Lower Silesia ; † August 8, 1886 in Brieg , Lower Silesia) was a Prussian district administrator, manorial estate owner and parliamentarian.

Life

Emil von Rohscheidt came from a Bohemian noble family and was the eldest son of the Prussian Rittmeister Wilhelm von Rohrscheidt and older brother of Richard von Rohrscheidt . He attended the grammar school in Brzeg . He then studied at the Silesian Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Breslau and the University Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms- cameralistics .
