Emily Tosta
Emily Tosta (born March 26, 1998 in Santo Domingo ) is a Dominican actress and model . She gained fame through her role as Luisa in the series The Last Ship .
Career
Tosta began her career as a model at the age of six for the Dominican magazine A la Moda . At the age of eight, she first appeared on stage as an actress in the musical Pied Piper of Hameln , in which she had a leading role. She then played in various musicals such as Alice in Wonderland , Cats and Like on Broadway. As a model, Tosta stood on the catwalk, among other things, at Dominican Fashion Week.
At the age of 12, Tosta moved to Miami with her family , after which she received several roles in films and series. In early 2014, the family moved to Los Angeles and Tosta got a role on The Last Ship . Since 2018 she has played a supporting role in the Mayans MC series .
