Emirhan Ergün (born February 18, 1990 in Istanbul ) is a Turkish football goalkeeper . Because of his activity in the youth of Galatasaray Istanbul , he is associated with this club.

Player career

Ergün was in Istanbul district of Bakirkoy on the world. At the age of twelve he took part in the drafts for the youth department of the traditional Turkish club Galatasaray Istanbul and was then accepted here. In summer 2008 he was awarded a professional contract, but continued to play for the youth team and later for the A2 team . In addition to his work with the A2 team, he also trained with the professionals and was eligible to play for their matches. With the A2 team he won the championship of this league in the 2010/11 season.

For the 2012/13 season he moved to the third division Bandırmaspor and made his professional debut here on November 18, 2012, during a league encounter against Tarsus İdman Yurdu .

National team

Ergün was nominated for the Turkish U-17 national team in 2007 and then went through the U-18 and U-19 national teams.

In 2010 he was nominated three times for the Turkish U-21 national team , but was on the bench in all three games.
