Emmanuel Magnien
Emmanuel Magnien (born May 7, 1971 in Sedan , France ) is a former French cyclist. He started his career in 1993; until 2003 he was active as a professional.
In his career he took part in the Tour de France seven times and finished it in 2002 as 96th. He was able to celebrate successes both on the road and in cyclocross .
Magnien confessed to having doped himself with EPO on the occasion of the 1998 Tour de France . At the Tour de France 2000 he was banned for three months for doping.
