Emmi Creola-Maag
Emmi Creola-Maag (born September 3, 1912 in Winkel ; † October 2, 2006 in Bassersdorf ; née Emmi Maag) was the inventor of the fictional Swiss cook Betty Bossi .
Life
Emmi Creola-Maag worked as an advertising copywriter in Zurich after completing a commercial apprenticeship and studying German . In this capacity she looked after the Steffisburg edible fat manufacturer Astra and created the fictional cook Betty Bossi for him in 1956 . For fifteen years she edited then the advertising magazine Betty Bossi Post and was in Switzerland as a chef in the nation .
