Emmy Lopes Dias (born August 4, 1919 in Hilversum , North Holland , † March 28, 2005 in Laren , North Holland) was a Dutch actress .

She became known to an audience of millions in the 1970s through the television series De Kleine Waarheid , in which she played the mother of Willeke Alberti .

Lopes Dias studied acting at the Theater School in Amsterdam . She graduated cum laude in 1949. As a result, she accepted engagements with various theater companies, including the Haagsche Comedie . After the birth of her first child, she worked increasingly for radio and television.

Lopes Dias died in March 2005 at the age of 85 in the Rosa-Spier-Haus , a retirement home for artists in the North Dutch community of Laren .
