The En | As | Net ( En ergiedienstleistungen and Da tenmanagement for Net zbetreiber, suppliers and distributors) is a German service company in the energy industry with a focus on energy trading , electronic data management and consulting, and system services for distribution network operators (public utilities), suppliers and distributors. The headquarters of the company is the Thuringian state capital Erfurt .
En | Da | Net is currently responsible for around 1% of the amount of electricity consumed in the German energy industry. In the gas division, it is around 0.5% of the gas quantities consumed. (Proof)
In 2019 the company was taken over by MVV Trading, a subsidiary of MVV Energie .
history
The company was established as a service provider in the course of the liberalization of the German energy market in 2000, by the shareholders Stadtwerke Erfurt GmbH (SWE), Göken, Pollak und Partner Treuhandgesellschaft mbH (GPP) and the engineering office for the energy industry Dr.-Ing. Dirk Schramm (VBI) founded.
Today the shareholders are Stadtwerke Erfurt GmbH (SWE) and Göken, Pollak und Partner Treuhandgesellschaft mbH.
