En Siwan ( Hebrew עֵין זִיוָן / עין זיוון, Arabic عين زوان, English Ein Zivan ) is a kibbutz and Israeli settlement founded in 1968 in the northern Golan Heights . It is 959 meters above sea level and 15 kilometers northeast of Katzrin . In 2017 En Siwan had 322 inhabitants.
