Endiama ( Empresa Nacional de Diamantes de Angola EP ) is a public and thus state-owned company in Angola , responsible for the research, exploration, exploration, processing and marketing of those rough diamonds that are in the north-east of the south-west African country, mainly in the provinces of Lunda Norte and Lunda Sul are mined.

All diamond mining and trading activities in Angola are controlled by Endiama. Angola's current diamond production totals 9-10 million carats per year. This corresponds to revenue from sales of diamonds of around one billion US dollars

Endiama was founded in Luanda , Angola in 1981 and has since grown into a holding company with several subsidiaries. The head office is on Rua Major Kanhangulo in downtown Luanda. Around 400 employees work there. The Chairman of the Board of Directors is António Carlos Sumbula .

In 2005, Endiama entered into a partnership agreement with China International Fund Limited . For this purpose, in Hong Kong the Endiama China International Holdings Limited established. The company is engaged in prospecting, research, production and marketing of industrial and jewelery diamonds.

On January 23, 2011, it was announced that Endiama had signed a partnership agreement with the California-based Mineralstar Mining and the Angolan Sovinhos for the exploration of diamonds in the region of Cangadala , in the province of Malanje .

The company is alleged to have been responsible for human rights violations since 2007 in connection with the mass expulsion of "illegal" diamond miners from the Democratic Republic of the Congo .
