Enemy (born May 5, 1998 , real name Rubas Saido ) is a German rapper from Hanover .

Life

Enemy was born to Syrian-Kurdish parents in Germany and grew up with four siblings in Hanover , first in Mühlenberg and later in Sahlkamp . He first attended the Humboldt School and later switched to the Herschel School , where he graduated from high school in 2015. In addition to his rap career, he studies medicine at the Medical and Pharmaceutical University Iuliu Hațieganu in Cluj , Romania , which is often addressed in his texts.

Saido published his first rap songs under the name The Enemy before 2013 . He later came into contact with the rapper arrest warrant he had sent a feature part to. At the end of 2015 he was first heard as Enemy with a part on the track Kalash von Haftbefehl. In 2016 he was signed with his cousin Diar and Soufian by Generation Azzlack , the newly founded label of Haftbefehl und Capo . On April 27, 2018 he released the mixtape Portami via , which reached number 88 in the German album charts. In September 2019 he announced his debut album Lebendig Buried , which was released on November 22, 2019. On February 9, 2020, both Generation Azzlack and Enemy announced the amicable separation from each other.
