Soufian Amakran (* 1998 in Offenbach ) is a German rapper with Moroccan roots.

Career

Soufian's mother and father came to Germany at the age of six and 18 respectively and come from the northern Moroccan cities of Tangier and Nador . The rapper grew up in Offenbach, in a middle-class situation, graduated from high school and then started studying computer science. He is said to have met his mentor, the Offenbach rapper arrest warrant , by chance on the street in their hometown.

At the end of 2015, he was heard for the first time with a part on the Haftbefehl track Kalash from the album Unzensiert , the associated video was accessed over 5.1 million times on the Internet (as of January 2019). Further appearances in publications and at live events followed. On the album Haramstufe Rot by Hanybal he was represented in the song Skimaske . When Haftbefehl founded his up-and-coming label Generation Azzlack in September 2016 , Soufian was one of the first to sign. Shortly afterwards, he published his first own song Hab die Straße im Blut on YouTube . The video reached 4 million views. Another Internet publication followed at the end of the year with Geh nicht in Knast , before the mixtape Allé allé appeared in early 2017 . Among others, Celo & Abdi , Nimo and Hanybal are guests. It rose to number 3 in the German album charts and in the top 10 of Austria and Switzerland .
