Enes Hakan Tokyay

Enes Hakan Tokyay (born November 9, 1975 in Hamm ) is a German director and cameraman .

He graduated from the Stuttgart Media University and took part in several international productions as a director and cameraman. His work has been broadcast on Channel 7, Discovery Channel, ZDF and CNN Türk, among others.

Biography / filmography

Enes Hakan Tokyay made Super 8 films and video before studying. After studying audiovisual media at the Stuttgart Media University, he worked as a freelance cameraman and director for various industrial companies and made documentaries and feature films.

From 2005–2006, he directed and cameraman the second season of the documentary series Women in Islamic Countries . This documentary series spanned 14 countries, was broadcast in several countries and shown at various film festivals.

In 2006 he was engaged for the historical documentary fiction Hayme Ana . In 2007, during the war in Lebanon, he made the documentary The War in Lebanon .
