Engelbert Recktenwald
Engelbert Recktenwald (born February 10, 1960 in Saarland ) is a German Roman Catholic priest of the Priestly Society of St. Petrus (FSSP).
Life
He joined the Pius Brotherhood in 1979 . In 1985 he was ordained a priest . In 1988 he was one of the founding members of the Peter Brotherhood. He taught at the seminary in Wigratzbad for nine years . He studied philosophy in Munich , where he obtained his master's degree from Robert Spaemann . He headed the house of the Petrine Brotherhood in Cologne . Currently (2019) he lives and works in Hanover .
