Due to its importance as a traffic junction as a feeder to the eastern city center and the main train station , the green area is divided into two parts. In the north-western part is the original part with a remnant of the moat and copper beech from the second half of the 18th century. Rickey's sculpture is also here. The southeastern tip is spatially separated by the road connecting Servatiiplatz to Ludgeriplatz . This part served as a parking lot until the redesign in the first half of the 2000s, but has since been based on the layout of the northwestern part.
