Engelsbergs Norberg Järnvägshistoriska förening
The Engelberg Norberg Järnvägshistoriska förening is a heritage railway in the historical Swedish province of Västmanland in today's County Västmanland . It uses the Ängelsberg – Kärrgruvan railway line for its operations .
history
Engelsbergs Norberg Järnvägshistoriska förening (ENJ) was founded in 1999.
The aim of the association is to transport tourists with historical rail buses between Ängelsberg and Kärrgruvan and to maintain the Norbergsbana . Operation began with trolleys , but operation with historic rail buses began on August 8, 2003 and has been operated every summer since then.
The line belongs to the Swedish state, ENJ is responsible for the track maintenance between Snyten and Kärrgruvan as well as the access track to the railway depot in Ängelsberg. The association's vehicles have been housed in the Ängelsberg depot since 2007, after Banverket received a grant of five million crowns from EU funds this year , which included the move from Kärrgruvan there. More vehicles are in Kärrgruvan.
The Kärrgruvan engine shed was built in 1857 and is the oldest surviving engine shed in Sweden. In 2008, ENJ built a new platform in Ängelsberg and opened the Engelsbergs Bruk stop. In 2009 the Mimergruvan stop was opened.

ENJ has three rail buses from the 1950s for use on the route:
- Railcar YBo7 1156, built in 1957 by ASJ (AB Svenska Järnvägsverkstädera) , from 1970 Y7
- Railcar YBo7 1255, built by Eksjöverken in 1959 , Y7 from 1970
- Control car UBFo7ye 2076, 1960 by Eksjöverken, 1970 UBF7Z
A diesel locomotive is available for shunting and maintenance work . This locomotive from the manufacturer Deutz AG of the type A12L614 R and the wheel arrangement B has the factory number 56882/1958. The 200 hp vehicle weighs 24 t, has a top speed of 30 km / h and was delivered to Luossavaara-Kiirunavaara Aktiebolag on June 18, 1958 . The locomotive came to ENJ via the intermediate stations at Hissmofor AB in Krokom (1978) and Stockholms Kultursällskap för Anga och Järnväg (SKAJ - 1987).
