Engilriches

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Engilriches is a desert in the area of today's municipality of Künzell in the Fulda district .

history

There is only one written message from Engilriches dated August 12, 812. In a certificate on this day, Engilrih bequeathed other property as well as a new break on the Haune and the one in the gold hole on the Eube near the springing Lütter . The names were Theotricheshus, today's Dietershausen , and Engilriches. Konrad Lübeck dates the beginnings of the place to the 7th century and believes that it was cleared by an ancestor of the same name, the donor Engilrih. He suspects its location near Dietershausen.
