Enrico de Ferrari SDB (born November 8, 1875 in Novara , Italy , † August 3, 1945 ) was the Roman Catholic Prefect of Alto Orinoco in Venezuela .

Life

Born in Italy, he entered the order of the Salesians of Don Bosco , served as a cleric in the mission to Venezuela in 1895 and was ordained a priest there on May 21, 1899 . He finally worked as Provincial for all branches in Venezuela, before he was on November 14, 1932 by Pope Pius XI. was appointed Prefect of the Apostolic Prefecture of Alto Orinoco, canonically established on February 5, 1932 , today the Apostolic Vicariate of Puerto Ayacucho .
