The Ensemble am Chiemsee is a private regional radio broadcaster in Samerberg in south-eastern Upper Bavaria. He sees himself as a "cultural sector provider". The technical range in the Bavarian part of the transmission area is 240,000 inhabitants.

history

In 1987 Christian-Michael Doermer, who is now the sole shareholder, and several actors joined forces to apply for a program place on regional radio when tendering for local radio frequencies in Rosenheim and Traunstein. According to the broadcaster, the aim was to actively participate in the development of local radio. Since 1988, a “switch-on radio” with a cultural focus has been designed for one hour a week.

Since the license for an independent window program expired in May 2012, the provider has been broadcasting its program together with two other sector providers as part of a cooperation agreement with the main provider Bayernwelle SüdOst . The airtime was retained.

program

The program can be heard on Sundays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. over the frequencies of Bayernwelle SüdOst . It is broadcast over six VHF frequencies, as well as in the cable. A live stream is also available via Bayernwelle .

In addition, broadcasting slots have been added on regional television at Regionalfernsehen Oberbayern (RFO).

The program is supplemented with multimedia by the Wolkenstein Verlag from Samerberg , legally an imprint of the program provider company.
