The Ensenada Buen Tiempo ( Spanish for good-time bay ; also known as Rada Buen Tiempo , German good-time roadstead ) is a natural harbor of shallow depth in Port Foster of Deception Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . The bay is south of Pendulum Cove .
Scientists of the 2nd Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1947–1948) named it. The further naming background has not been passed down.
