Church matters since 1946
The decisions in church matters since 1946 (abbreviated KirchE ) is a collection of court decisions in church matters founded in 1946 by Carl Joseph Hering and Hubert Lentz . Since 2000, decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the European Court of Justice (ECJ) have been included in addition to decisions by German state courts .
It is published by Manfred Baldus and Stefan Muckel in conjunction with the Institute for Canon Law and Rhenish Canon Law History at the University of Cologne .
The volumes are published annually by Walter de Gruyter .
