Enver Ališić

Enver Ališić (born November 11, 1946 in Banja Luka , Yugoslavia ) is a Yugoslav or Bosnian football coach. In a career spanning more than 30 years, he coached clubs in Belgium, Germany and South America in the highest leagues, and was also the national coach of Bosnia and Herzegovina .

Career

Ališić was a striker at FK Borac Banja Luka in Yugoslavia (1963-1967) and later at KFC Winter Shock (Belgium, 1967-1979). With the KFC winter strike he rose in 1972 in the first Belgian league . At the KFC he also began his career as a coach. Initially engaged as a goalkeeper coach, he temporarily took over the last eight match days in the first division as a coach in 1979/80, and celebrated that KFC Winterschlag remained in the first division. With winter strike he was fourth in the first division in 1980/81 and thus achieved participation in the UEFA Cup. From 1981 he began a soccer internship in South America; from June to August at FC Santos with the then coach Pepe , from 1981 from September to December atColo-Colo in Chile, with the then coach Pedro Garcia. From January to March 1982 he was with CA Boca Juniors in Argentina, the coach at the time was Carlos Grigoul.

From April to June 1982 he sat in on the Mexican club Necaxa under coach "Perro" Ortega. After a nine-month internship, Ališić attended the Sports University in Florida, where social behavior, nutrition, biorhythm and video analysis were on the curriculum in competitive sports. After a one-year internship in South and North America - at the beginning of January 1983 - his path led via Italy to Europe: from January to March 1983 at Juventus Turin with Giovanni Trapattoni and from April to May at Real Madrid with Alfredo Di Stéfano .

From autumn 1983 to June 30, 1987 he worked as a worldwide scout for the Cannovi Group from Rome. In 1987/1988 he started as an assistant coach at KFC Winterschlag when the club was relegated to the second division. In 1988/1989 he worked as director of the training center and scout at SSC Naples . In May 1989/90 he came back to Belgium for KRC Genk , he made promotion to the first division via play off. From 1990 to 1992 he was again a scout at the Cannovi Group in Italy. As of June 30, 1992, he becomes the sports director of Borussia Neunkirchen in Germany. In 1993 Ališić became the national coach of Bosnia and Herzegovina . After a year he comes back to KRC Genk in the 2nd division, he takes over the job as sports director and coach.

In 1994/95 he was runner-up in the second division with KRC Genk, and in 1995/96 KRC Genk was promoted to the first division. With enormous commitment and a good concept, KRC Genk; 10 top players from Belgium as well as big funds for the club, and eight players became national players. Due to health problems, he could not work through his five-year contract until the end. He stayed at KRC Genk as a consultant until 1997. After a break of three years, he started at KRC Harelbeke in 2000 as sports director and team manager 1st division. 2000/01 he was manager at KRC Zuid West Vlaanderen in the 2nd division. In 2005/06 he was the sports director and trainer at the German top division club FC Anker Wismar and was honored by the DFB as part of the Fair goes before initiative . Since 2007 he has been director of the soccer academy and soccer performance diagnostics IEFA-Solingen. This is located in the Landwehr sports park.
