The Epoka University ( English Epoka University ) is an English-speaking private university in the Albanian capital Tirana . Courses of study are offered at the Faculty of Architecture and Engineering and the Faculty of Economics and Administration.

The university buildings are located south of the village of Rinas near Tirana Airport .

The university works with Bedër University . There are also collaborations with other universities in Azerbaijan , Bosnia-Herzegovina , Georgia , Iraq , Italy , Kazakhstan , Kyrgyzstan , North Macedonia , Switzerland and the USA .

The university is a secular university that does not offer human sciences and is closely related to the Gülen movement , which has been active in Albania since 1992, was banned in Turkey as FETÖ in 2015 and operates several educational institutions through the Turgut Özal Education Company .
