The semi-detached house is a two-story construction. The facade is symmetrically divided with an axial arrangement of windows and doors. The doors and windows below the roof connect the two semi-detached houses. Client Stegmüller had six directly adjacent buildings erected in decorative exposed brick in Eppinger Strasse. In addition to this building, these are No. 51 , No. 64 , No. 66 , No. 68 and No. 72 .
