Erasmo Cachay Mateos (born July 25, 1977 in Lima ) is a Peruvian writer who currently lives in Stuttgart .

Live and act

Erasmo Cachay Mateos was born in the Miraflores district of Lima. He attended primary and secondary education at the Miraflores American School and graduated in 1993. For political reasons, he emigrated to Germany in 1995 and completed his studies in electrical engineering in 2002 at the University of Stuttgart . His main interests were also literature, theater and film and he devoted himself to writing.

He began his professional career in 2003 in a German business company and completed his MBA at Reutlingen University . He has been working as a project manager since 2011, specializing in the areas of production, production and manufacturing systems and the planning process. He has a patent in the automotive sector with the name "Fastening device for a pipe and method for fastening a pipe".

In 2014 his literary career as a writer began in Salamanca ( Spain ) with his first novel “La casa Dreyfuss”, which received very positive reviews. Since then he has worked with cultural and literary magazines in both Spain and Argentina . He has published poetry and in 2017 published his second novel “Despues del nuevo amanecer”. In 2019 his third book “Trazos urbanos” with short stories was published. He is currently working on his third novel.
