Erasmus Herold
Erasmus Herold (* 13. March 1969 in the city of Bonn ) is German crime - and thriller - writer and screenwriter . After a collaboration with the Projekt-Verlag Cornelius (Halle / Saale) and the CW Niemeyer Buchverlagen (Hameln) , he is currently under contract with the Südwestbuch Verlag (Stuttgart).
Life
Erasmus Herold was born in Bonn-Beuel in 1969, is married and has two daughters. He lives in Oelder district Stromberg .
Writing
Herold has been writing novels since 2009. He is a member of the authors' association Das Syndikat . In 2011 Herold's debut novel "Krontenianer - Rendezvous am Bogen" was nominated for the German Science Fiction Prize and reached 5th place. Since 2014, he has been organizing crime readings and book projects at schools where students, teachers and authors visit the crime scenes of his books.
Screenwriter
Since 2015, Erasmus Herold has also been developing scripts, the stories of which should be realistic and imaginable. The individual films are set up as self-contained, independent crime thrillers that end with the resolution of the respective case. In cooperation with Thomas Katzmann (1st AD / assistant director) and Denis Delic (director), among other things, the implementation of the thriller And I judge without regrets as a script.
