Heirs of the Curse (original title Friday the 13th: The Series ) is a Canadian television series that was produced from 1987 to 1990. It consists of three seasons with frequently changing actors. However, the series is always carried by the three main characters Micki, Ryan and Jack.
action
In the first episode, the viewer learns that Micki Foster and Ryan Dallion inherited an antique shop from their late uncle. In order to get rid of the “old junk” - as they think - as quickly as possible, the two organize a clearance sale. Far too late, however, they notice that there is a curse on almost all objects because Uncle Lewis sold his soul to the devil. A former supplier to Uncle Lewis, Jack Marshak, informs the two of the curse.
In the episodes that follow, Micki and Ryan try to get the cursed items back to keep them safe in the antique shop's safe. The objects are, for example, an electric chair, which is used by a dentist to transfer the life energy of his young patients to himself and to be able to go in search of old adversaries with the help of electrical energy, or a mirror that shows the Has power to make an ugly woman the most beautiful woman in the world in the eyes of a suitor. The admirer has to die for it.
From the third season, Ryan Dallion is replaced by Johnny Ventura, as Ryan became a child by a curse.
