Matthias Hinze

Matthias Hinze (born February 7, 1969 in Berlin ; † April 13, 2007 there ) was a German actor and voice actor .

Matthias Hinze was the son of the actor and voice actor Lothar Hinze .

From 1988 to 1990 he attended the Maria Körber drama school in Berlin. Subsequently, from 1990 to 1996 he did classical vocal training with Richard Gsell in Berlin. Hinze was in various German television series such as Die Schwarzwaldklinik and Gute Zeiten, to see bad times . He also had a small supporting role in the US miniseries Firestorm and Ashes in 1988 . He played the leading role of Friedrich in the series Devil's Grandmother .

He had to give up his role in Good Times, Bad Times because of a back problem.

Most recently he worked mainly as a voice actor. He was the fixed dubbing voice of Matt Damon , but in The Bourne Conspiracy he was unable to dub for health reasons. Hinze also spoke for various radio play productions such as Gabriel Burns and Mystic Knights . In Bibi and Tina he spoke the role of Holger as the second speaker and was replaced by Marius Clarén after his death .

He died of a serious illness at the age of 38.

Hinze was married to the voice actress Melanie Hinze , the sister of Julien Haggége and daughter of Eva-Maria Werth , and left behind two daughters, including Marie . His grave is in the Berlin-Wilmersdorf cemetery .
