The following list shows the results of the municipal elections in Winterthur . The results of the elections to the city council from 1974 onwards are given. The field of the party that won the most seats in the respective election is marked in color.
The city council meets on Monday afternoons in the town hall . It was created in 1895 and had 45 members at that time. With the city association in 1922, the number of members was increased to 60.
