Erhard Haufe

Erhard Haufe (born July 17, 1924 ; † unknown) was a German soccer player. In the 1950s he played for Dynamo Dresden and Dynamo Berlin in the East German league . With Dresden he was GDR champion and cup winner.

Athletic career

At the age of 27, Haufe came to the 1951/52 season from the lower class company sports community (BSG) MAS Bannewitz to the upper division club SG Volkspolizei Dresden . There he jumped in on the third day of the game for Egon Jugel , with whom he competed for the left defender position later in the season. Haufe was more successful with 24 point games, because Jugel only played 18 point games. After the Dresdeners had become runner-up behind Turbine Halle , they then won the GDR soccer cup. In the 3-0 win over Einheit Pankow , Haufe played in his traditional position as a left defender. In 1952/53 he was with the Dresdeners, who had renamed themselves SG Dynamo Dresden during the season, GDR football champions. He had played 30 of the 32 played point games and was also involved in the playoff for the championship , which Dresden won 3-2 afterwards over Wismut Aue . In the 1953/54 season, Haufe was only called up on the 12th matchday, but then played the remaining 17 point games, still on the left side of defense. In the first half of the 1954/55 season Haufe was not used. In November 1954, the Dresden team was moved to East Berlin and played as SC Dynamo Berlin in the future . It was only after the winter break that Haufe was called up again in the league point games and so came to ten missions, which he completed this time mainly on the right defensive side. In the summer / autumn of 1955, a transition round was played in GDR football in order to then switch the season to the calendar year. Of the 13 games played, Haufe only played two games. In the 1956 season he was only used on the fifth game day, moved back to the left defensive post and played a total of nine point games by the summer break.

At the beginning of the second half of the season, after 92 first division games for Dresden (73) and Berlin (19) for SG Dynamo Berlin-Mitte in the fourth-class Berlin district league . He helped her to rise to the second GDR league , where she traded as SG Dynamo Hohenschönhausen. Haufe played for the Hohenschönhausen team until 1958 and then ended his career as a football player.
